Not sure how these guys are still operating business, was on River Road today. It was an absolute crap show. They didn’t have road signs you’re supposed to have a sign person on both ends of the construction, that has stop signs and walkie-talkies. If there was an emergency and a vehicle needed to get through, that would’ve not been possible. I guess the state picks the lowest bidder still
Highland Paving has been working in the area for three days now, and their traffic control is an absolute disaster. They are not directing traffic properly, leading to massive backups and unnecessary delays. It’s clear they have no regard for efficient flow or public convenience. If you’re driving through this area, expect frustration and a complete lack of organization. They need to step up their game and handle traffic control professionally!
