Had them transport me back to hotel from CNY Fertility. Showed up on time (even were able to come early when I finished early). Driver, whose name I didn't catch (but was a woman), was friendly, polite, and got me back safely. $52 for the ride.
We had my father transported for a medical procedure. They said to call 20 minutes before we needed pickup. It has been more than an hour and twenty minutes since we called. When we called back, they stated it would be 45 minutes more. Absolutely pathetic service for hundreds of dollars. Appointment at 9:15 am and still waiting at noon, with no end in sight.
My mother was transported from St. Joseph's Hospital to Samaritan in Watertown for Inpatient Cardiac Care. My mother who just had heart surgery and is on double dose Lasik was berated because of an uncontrollable leaking problem due to medication. The driver's exact words were "did you really pee in my van?" Talk about lack of empathy, patient care and just plain human decency. Highland van driver coming 81 northbound 340 August 17th truck number 210 doing 70 to 75 swerving between traffic got off on 690 still swerving between traffic. For non-emergency service sure as hell look like he was having an emergency
