To be fair, I don’t often leave reviews, but the experience I had without even coming to this office just over the phone was absolutely unreal. Managing in the healthcare field myself this behaviour would absolutely not be tolerated other places. We called to simply get an appointment to get a change in a medication that was really important and the receptionist was absolutely so rude. I had to walked in for medical attention and the receptionist named Carolina was great and accommodated my concerns, Dr. W. Hilderbrant was very nice and helped me with my concerns, he even called me and reminded me with stuff for me to do, great clinic overall☺️
Receptionist rude wanted to charge me 40.00 to see dr would not accept my health care number and license I have not received my actual card since it was lost but have my number Went to other walkin no problem
