It’s a alright service but really depends on who you get. Make sure you remember the good cleaners names so you can request them. One time the cleaners scratched my toaster oven up with Brillo . I mean, wouldn’t you know better? Another time I asked them to clean my ceiling fans and they bent the blades down and didn’t put them back. I mean for what you are paying, this should not happen and cleaners should be trained properly. This was my first time using Vella. Team PHA did an excellent job and I have booked them for a second basic level cleaning. The 2 cleaners arrived on time, were very friendly, professional, worked efficiently and asked questions. They took pride in their work. Anabel in the office was very helpful with information, communication and booking. I was in a bind with my regular housekeeper out for 6 weeks.
