I was just brousing, waiting for a call back about an Rx. from this rapidly responsive staff, when I saw the comment from a disgruntled patient of two weeks ago. I am responding to her. I came to Highland Park 8 years ago, from Waltham, MA to accept a position as Psychotherapist at The Ann Klein Forensic Center consisting of a difficult to treat civilly committed population. Back to its old habits. 11:30 Appt. No where even close at 12:10. Waiting room packed with sick coughing patients. Not even enough chairs. Appt. made WEEKS ago, so I am not a last minute add. Overbooking is the name of the game. Once I walk out, I won't walk back in. As the saying goes, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Patients have the right to timely appointments. Done. And not deleting.
I have been going to Dr.Miller for years. There is no other dr I would go to. He is the best.
Very disappointed with my experience. Dr. Miller came highly recommended by my friends in the area. Called to schedule an appointment as I was experiencing an allergic reaction to antibiotics. Needed an appt asap. The front desk receptionist was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Refused to squeeze me in that day though my allergic reaction could have been life-threatening. Ended up in ER.
