I was told I will receive the covid test results in 5 days. It's been over a week and haven't heard from them. I call the number on their website and it not on service I give 3 stars because staff there was very nice, but I don't what will happen with my results or if I ever would get it

I called today to see if I can get my results. Their voicemail says it's taking 10 days!! That's more time that the quarantine period if you had Covid. Feels more like a disservice to the community. They should be transparent and tell you up front when you're booking your appointment or before doing the nasal swab so you can make a choice to go elsewhere.

I took the Covid PCR test at another location (Roselle Park) but the lab was Ridgewood lab also. The test was done on Dec 28. Till today I have not received my results. They are a scam, please be beware before booking with any locations for which the labwork is being done by Ridgewood Lab. They don't take phone calls, hang up on you, won't tell you their names when you call, and won't let you speak to a supervisor!

Dice aquí que se puede hacer la prueba sin cita, y cuando llego al lugar para hacerme la prueba, resulta qué hay que hacer cita médica.
