Today on Thanksgiving, I went to pick up someone for lunch. While I was in there I seen a young CNA with Blonde hair sitting behind the desk, yell at an elder in her wheelchair watching TV to "GO TO YOUR ROOM!" When asked why she yelled "I DONT KNOW JUST GO NOW!" another CNA standing there looked just as mortified as I when this happened. I think I will start searching for a new facility, simply because now I am worried about what happens behind closed doors there, and the safety of people that live there.
My parents have received excellent care while living in the MSH at Highland Park Care Center. We are thankful for DeeDee, the MSH and Highland Staff every day.
