Love living here! I moved to Highland Park in February as a first time renter and I have nothing bad to say about this place! The location is great, maintence is always quick to help, property manager is so kind and helpful, and the actual layout of the apartment is perfect for me. I'm in one of the renovated units and the flooring was the first thing to catch my eye. For this being a spontaneous thing for me (viewed the apartment and signed the lease within 24 hrs!) I don't regret my decision at all.
