I put in a application haven’t been able to get in contact with anybody their no office and nobody never pick up the phone who can I get in contact with
I have been here almost a year now and our first manager/maintenance guy was a no show. Never responded or came to work. Blocked a lot of tenants and even made some go months/years without working AC. But a new guy, Zach, took over as our manager/maintenance and he is AMAZING! Always answers the phone whether you call or text, goes above and beyond for any maintenance request, spends so much time here fixing the mess the old manager left behind, super nice to all the tenants, made this place feel safe with security measures ... read more
It’s quiet. Terry is the best maintenance guy at any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The only issue I’ve had is the wi-fi.
Terry is super nice, does a great job and accommodates when we need him but this is what we look at every day which is no fault of him.
