Be aware of the fake 5 star reviews .. this property is in disarray .. Repairs half done Neighbors that party all night long . But hey they got free snow shoveling labor out of me for 2 years . Do your own research and look at pictures. The staff will tell you whatever they think you want to hear . If and when you move in , refer back to this review. Started off my River Park /Highland Park journey in the 690 building. Right aways problems , domestics from the neighbor above us , screaming , banging to the point the whole building is calling the police on them. (Pic enclosed )They were allowed to stay until their lease was up. Then was the constant water leaks. By the second year ownership changed and we were looking for a bigger space. Abraham Was very nice and did a great job fixing the backed up tub and replacing the light in my pantry. I really appreciate how polite he is and how courteous he is to the homes as he enter them please thank Abraham for the time that he took to ensure the repairs well done well in our unit.
Abraham from maintenance came to install a light over the sink, he did an excellent job and the light works great. He was very polite and got the job done quickly.
