I lived here for two years 2022-2024. Good location. But not a fan of management. They came into my apartment multiple times, even though I had a note on file that it’s not allowed without my consent or me being there (which is illegal in the state of Kansas) And two of those times they did not even not notify me at all. Love it! I am now settling in to Highland Park. My experience thus far has been great. My leasing Agent was Awesome! I felt welcome from the very beginning and so Happy I made the decision to move here. I am very pleased with my Apartment.
MOLD!!!! Mold!!! Mold!!! My family and I toured a unit that they had recently remodeled and claimed was ready for move-in. There was a very strong smell of mold and lemon pledge. The flooring was uneven and unlevel on a ground floor unit. The cabinets had shelves that were sagging by 2 to 3 inches. Washer and dryer that was included were clearly outdated and dirty. The entire complex felt like a section 8 property.
Highland Park has done an amazing job with renovations! ✨ If you haven’t toured here recently, it’s definitely worth another look. The clubhouse is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable lounge areas, and the apartments themselves are a huge upgrade, the newly renovated homes are gorgeous.
