We recently toured Highland Park Apartments in Overland Park, Kansas and had an excellent experience thanks to Hunter. Hunter was also a pleasure to work with—friendly, professional, informative, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit. He represents the community so well, and we truly appreciated his time and attention. Highly recommend asking for Hunter if you’re considering Highland Park Apartments!
The maintenance team is also outstanding—very responsive, professional, and reliable. Even after hours and on weekends, they handle issues quickly, which is something you don’t see often. The landscaping is always well maintained and the property overall looks clean, organized, and well cared for. Overall, excellent management, great communication, and a strong sense of community. I definitely recommend this property.
Highland Park Apartment is one of the best communities managed by Price Brothers. The leasing office staff is professional, respectful, and always willing to help. I had a few situations where I was late on rent and received notices, but the management team worked with me and helped me resolve everything. Haven't moved out yet but it's a really nice maintained apartment complex. Most of the neighbors or so kind. Only down side is they got a crazy ant problem and crazy spider problem. 1 month into living here i realized it was going to be bad because any piece of anything on the floor that you didn't sweep up or vacuumed they will find by the time you wake up. water pressure in the sink is horrible so washing dishes was a long process.
