Love it! I am now settling in to Highland Park. My experience thus far has been great. My leasing Agent was Awesome! I felt welcome from the very beginning and so Happy I made the decision to move here. I am very pleased with my Apartment.
MOLD!!!! Mold!!! Mold!!! My family and I toured a unit that they had recently remodeled and claimed was ready for move-in. There was a very strong smell of mold and lemon pledge. The flooring was uneven and unlevel on a ground floor unit. The cabinets had shelves that were sagging by 2 to 3 inches. Washer and dryer that was included were clearly outdated and dirty. The entire complex felt like a section 8 property.
Highland Park has done an amazing job with renovations! ✨ If you haven’t toured here recently, it’s definitely worth another look. The clubhouse is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable lounge areas, and the apartments themselves are a huge upgrade, the newly renovated homes are gorgeous.
i’ve lived here about 2 years and i absolutely love it. office staff are really nice, maintenance is quick and efficient for standard/important things, and none of my appliances have given me any trouble. the gym & pool are always clean and usually not too busy and in the two years i’ve lived here, i’ve never had noisy or obnoxious neighbors. i’m terribly sad that i have to move out next summer to go to KU but i genuinely plan to move back into this apartment complex when i graduate
I found this facility tucked in a very nicely wooded area. The grounds were spotless and well kept. My leasing agent Kenidy was great to work with throughout the process. All of the staff are accommodating and willing to meet your needs. Nice place and I’m grateful to have found it. Secure, private location with easy access to everything in the metro. Highly recommended!
