Verbally set appointment for one day and then lied and said we agreed to another day and that they called and send someone out, causing home warranty company to charge me for service I never received.

I have used Highland One services twice and they are the most honest ethical people you will ever work with. Don't hesitate to hire these wonderful poeple. Can't say enough good things about them!
I am so thankful to have heard of Highland One!!! Before they came, the first a/c tech that looked at our unit said we needed a new computer board and that's why the unit was not working. Also said it would be hundreds of dollars to replace it, if they did it, plus charge us a fee every month to service it!!! I'm like Really!!! I never heard of that, being charge a fee every month to service your unit!!! So, we need a second opinion. We had an appt set with Highland One and was the best second opinion ever!!!
