Verbally set appointment for one day and then lied and said we agreed to another day and that they called and send someone out, causing home warranty company to charge me for service I never received.

I am so thankful to have heard of Highland One!!! Before they came, the first a/c tech that looked at our unit said we needed a new computer board and that's why the unit was not working. Also said it would be hundreds of dollars to replace it, if they did it, plus charge us a fee every month to service it!!! I'm like Really!!!
