The community is great. The landscaping is beautiful. This will definitely improve the neighborhood.
On the wrong side of the tracks, caution in this location, surrounded by public housing, my wife and I goigle searched " new single family homes" in pompano Beach, and this pooped up, we reluctantly entered this unusual row home block with hand written yard signs throughout " private property" i was expecting individual single family homes not a housing development. sorry, DR, I'm sure you have a better product, caution driving here
