I am a current tenant and have been so for about a year and a half now. Can honestly say this has been one of the better apartments I have rented with. Although this summer I have seen an increase of palmetto bugs, I'm not surprised with how hot and humid its been. Other than that, nice apartments and amenities!
I have been out here for many years now and I have through many changes in the management here,but I must say that this year I do get exceptionally great service from the maintenance team out here, Sherman and JR. Especially when I know that sometimes I and not understanding of the workload they still take care of my request with a smile and pleasant greeting! The office staff is also urgent when it comes to my questions and getting a quick response.
I have lived here for a year and I would like to share my experience. Pros: - Location was really nice. Near highway and grocery stores/food - Unit I was in, had high ceilings which was nice - Amenties: gym, pool, and tennis court - Parking is free for residents and guest. First come, first serve - My unit came with a washer and dryer - for the most part, things worked as they should.
