Living here for a year. So far I have had great experience living here. Except for the roaches that sometimes appears inside the apartment.
Sherman and the maintence team have been so exceptional and helpful anytime a problem occurs.
Can't find any highland oaks manager or staff just left they were supposed to be open but no one is answering calls and no one is at the office Feb 7 hours were 10:00 am-2:00pm
I am a current tenant and have been so for about a year and a half now. Can honestly say this has been one of the better apartments I have rented with. Although this summer I have seen an increase of palmetto bugs, I'm not surprised with how hot and humid its been. Other than that, nice apartments and amenities!
I have been out here for many years now and I have through many changes in the management here,but I must say that this year I do get exceptionally great service from the maintenance team out here, Sherman and JR. Especially when I know that sometimes I and not understanding of the workload they still take care of my request with a smile and pleasant greeting! The office staff is also urgent when it comes to my questions and getting a quick response.
