What a terrible experience. Highland moving came highly recommended as a company that was professional. We have moved internationally twice, packing our own boxes and never having an issue. Multiple boxes of fragile items were crushed, with broken plates and a lamp that (how is this even possible) had its neck completely snapped in half. Boxes were stacked on top of each other in the truck, crushing each one. We were devastated. Highland was the most economical choice for our move from Calgary to Victoria. They provided a hardworking, friendly professional team. Moving isn’t fun, but happy to say ours went very smoothly.
Everyone from the initial movers out from Montreal to the final movers in here in Calgary were excellent. Very considerate and caring. There were absolutely no problems at all.
