I have brought many of my jeeps here for service and these guys have been great, especially Joe. Very honest and professional service.
EDIT: Originally I had posted that they sold me a Jeep with a lien, but that turned out to be old (mis)information from IL SOS. I did finally get my title 7 months after purchasing, which is ridiculous. However, I do think most of the delays are due to IL SOS, not Highland. That said, I'm still waiting for a hardtop and doorskins that were a part of the terms of the sale, and communication has been very poor over the last 7 months. Just bought a 2004 Jeep GC and everything was GREAT!! Jim keep close contact with me thru text...I had over 25 photos of Jeep and bought it sight unseen, shipped it 600 miles away and showed up JUST like advertised...Ill buy again from these guys..THANKS
If you want your money stolen and want to deal with a garbage staff, then I highly recommend these guys. If you don't, then stay far away. Especially from Jim.
We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee online, the it showed the car had 56k miles, when we received it, it had 59k miles. Also advertised as no tips or tears in the leather, but there in a 3 inch tear in the drivers seat, which was not shown in any photos and not mentioned. Also agreed to fill the tank, but it was delivered empty and filthy. They will not return my calls or texts. Horrible customer service and very dishonest.
