Bought a car and they will not answer my emails, phone calls to the dealership, or their personal phones. It is urgent and I do not live in Louisville. This is unprofessional to not answer your customer’s phone calls.
People here are disrespectful. I honestly don’t understand how they got 4.6 stars.
They know how to sell cars! Always pleased with their service.
Bought my car recently, everything cool so far, but trying to get in touch with them about paperwork for my title, no pick up and it's says office open 😥😥😥 can't understand. I just might have to drive over there 😥
