owned a mobile there for 6 years.Rent increased every single year up to $20 per month.Rent began at $250 and was $340 and still riding 6 years later.Now residents are being charged for "Green Bins" and I understand city sewage fee.The residents were great but the owner was greedy and gave nothing much back in the form of improvements other than maintenance the park should be doing anyway!!Lighting in the park sucks at night and the owner cannot keep managers.The good ones were not supported by owner.I cannot recommend this p... read more
