My mother recently moved into the Highland Manor, senior apartments in Cumming. Since she’s been there, the manager there Melicia allowed a frail, elderly woman to move in with a giant aggressive dog that is terrorizing the entire complex. This is not a service dog, and goes against the rules of the lease… she complained to this manager there 6 weeks ago and nothing has been done. I went and visited Highland Manor Lola showed me the entire place it is beautiful Lola was very professional and sweet I hope to be moved in there next year I’m so looking forward to it.
It took me close to 2 months to even reach anyone. When I finally did the lady told me false information.
Thanks to this apartment rental company, I will be evicted from my apartment because I was unable to obtain unemployment compensation and receive a HUD voucher for housing assistance. This is corruption at its core.
