This facility case manager or social worker never contacted the family. When we tried several times to talk to him never got call back or excuses, and never was told he was in hospice care for two months. Finally contact family when family member was deceased. Investigate these nursing homes before your love one is placed there.
These guys are the best, you should trust them with your loved ones care, you won't get this kind of care anywhere else!!
