Check your charges. They charged me a copay for my annual exam, which is supposed to be free. They charged my husband, too, until he reminded them that he'd specifically asked in his appointment if what he was asking was covered in his annual exam. My charge was for the same kind of thing, so I guess be sure to ask during your appointment if it's covered. Be careful when the Dr start recommending things. Even if Dr. Nick starts asking you if you might be interested in a specific treatment, just know you will be BILLED for it. They need to be transparent about charges when Drs are making recommendations you didn’t ask for. Spoke with office manager and I was informed they will educate Dr on being transparent but I still have to pay the bill.
Left an incredibly shady voicemail on my phone for "intended" for another family member. Zero idea how they got my information. Never been here. Family member has never been here.
I want to say the staff at highland lakes medical care are wonderful, and they went above and beyond to help me with a problem on a Friday. Scheduled and confirmed my scans before the end of the day so i didn't suffer over a weekend. Thank you Nickolas Mileos
I received another call from this company asking for a miss “Mary Tate”. This is not her phone number and I’ve had to repeatedly tell this company to stop calling me. I’ll leave a negative review for each call I receive. Do not trust this company.
