Excellent customer service! They are communicative and knowledgeable. Remy is one of the owners of this family owned operation and takes personal interest in his work! I would highly recommend their services!
I can’t say enough about Kasey’s family business. My builder and I are in a lawsuit and Kasey saved the day. She went out of her way to make sure my son (8 years old) and myself had portable AC units while they went to work. She worked tirelessly with vendors and my warranty. AMAZING COMPANY!!!!
I am questioning if there is an emergency service as myself and son (6 years old) have water coming through the ceiling in two bedrooms and no-one has called us back in this situation. I have turned my AC off (in this extreme heat advisory conditions) and don't know what to do???? IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE CHECK MESSAGES AND CALL BACK - IT'S AUGUST 26 (happened this morning and I called 3 hours ago when builder told me who to call for warranty work)
