Honest, reliable, and truly stand-up service. After another company tried to sell me repairs and Freon I didn’t need, Remy came out, assessed everything thoroughly, and proved none of that was necessary. He saved me a lot of money and stress. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy in this industry. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After a frustrating experience with another company that tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and even told me I needed Freon when I didn’t, I was honestly pretty skeptical going into this. Thank you, Remy Hanes and Kasey Hanes, and the crew at Highland Lakes Heating & AC, for the wonderful installation of the central heat and air conditioning in my shop!! I thought this would require multiple ducts to distribute the air; however, Remy assured me that his simple design would do the trick, and it's fantastic. What a clean and professional installation! I had some issues with my a/c system not working and had another company come out and tell me we had to completely replace the system. Remy was able to come out the next day and quickly found the issue and was able to replace the part. Our system now works great! Amazing company with great customer service.
