Honest, reliable, and truly stand-up service. After another company tried to sell me repairs and Freon I didn’t need, Remy came out, assessed everything thoroughly, and proved none of that was necessary. He saved me a lot of money and stress. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy in this industry. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After a frustrating experience with another company that tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and even told me I needed Freon when I didn’t, I was honestly pretty skeptical going into this. Thank you, Remy Hanes and Kasey Hanes, and the crew at Highland Lakes Heating & AC, for the wonderful installation of the central heat and air conditioning in my shop!! I thought this would require multiple ducts to distribute the air; however, Remy assured me that his simple design would do the trick, and it's fantastic. What a clean and professional installation!
