I got a blazer from them and within 2 weeks it started having issues and then today I got laid off because my dog is sick and Adrian is very unprofessional starting cussing me out and calling me names
My wife and I purchased our 2018 Chevy Traverse from Ernesto July 14th 2026 and we were treated so well they went over and beyond customer service I would highly recommend Ernesto to purchase a car. Absolutely fantastic dealer to deal with, I flew in from Virginia to purchase a truck from them and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Adrian and Ernesto were also kind enough to send a employee to pick me up from the airport in Austin and drive me to the dealership. They had done a complete oil change on my truck and offered to top it off with diesel as well before I left and began the 20 hour ride home. Decent customer service, but I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, drove 2 hours, and they informed me the vehicle wasn't able to be test-driven because of a mechanical issue. As soon as the car was available for a test drive, I rescheduled my appointment, drove another 2 hours, and they sold it to another customer before I got there. wasted 8 hours of driving.
