We had a great experience with Decatur Highlands from our first tour through signing our lease. The tour process was easy and welcoming, and every question we had was answered thoroughly. We visited several times before making our decision, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the process. I honestly just want to highlight how much of an amazing experience I’ve had at this property. Starting with the management staff and down to the leasing team, everyone here is extremely helpful and welcoming. The cleanliness of this property and the upgrades to the cafe center is something that deserves to be highlighted as well. This has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived at thus far. I truly cannot begin to express how wonderful my experience has been. From maintenance to leasing, every single person has been quick at responding, efficient, and kind! I’d like to shoutout a few people in particular. 1) the entire maintenance staff is phenomenal. They always answer my minor maintenance request within 24 hours and larger ones within 72 hours (or some kind of communication sooner).
