Watch for what you pay here, once you move out they send you an incorrect final bill for cleaning fee of $150 in addition to made up bill for utilities and all other nonsense fees you pay beginning of the month. I left this place even eight days sooner than my final move out day yet they billed me almost $300 without even breaking it down how they made up additional 142 dollars for utilities!! I love living at Decatur Highlands, the staff is absolutely amazing and professional. The prior staff has always provided timely service and the maintenance staff was always prompt and helpful. I have stayed here over 6 years, and the transition to new staff hasn’t missed a beat! Since my relocation to Atlanta, I would most definitely continue to refer others as I have in the past! The new staff is nice, respectful, and efficient!
Had a lot of HVAC issues initially but Curtis from maintenance was able to get a brand new HVAC unit for my apartment which fixed my issues.
WHY IS RENT NEVER POSTED ON TIME???? HORRIBLE!
