Love our vet office. They are so nice and sweet, Darlene was so nice to us when we lost our dog recently. Dr. Purser is the best.
The facility, people, and location for me are great but the pricing is ridiculous! They overstate what’s needed and charge out the wazoo! You can’t get out of there for less than 3-$400 for regular shots and care each time. They are usually asking for $500 - $700. They send the tech in with the sales sheet and hit you as hard as they possibly can until you are forced to start removing items so you can afford it. It’s like buying a used car! Ridiculous! Place is not for me. We have switched vets and couldn’t be happier.
This place refuses to submit prescriptions to a pharmacy of the customer's choice. Instead, they hold your prescription hostage and try to force you to buy from their own overpriced pharmacy. You have to get pissed off to the point they threaten to call the police before they will relinquish what belongs to you. I very much DO NOT recommend this place.
Very happy with my cat’s care at Highland Knolls. Upfront with pricing and very reasonable with expectations. Wonderfully friendly all around. It’s nice to know my animal is in good hands.
