The animal medical staff was professional and incredibly kind. If it were just them, I would love to visit again. However, I decided to switch to a different clinic because of the receptionist. She was extremely rude and unkind. On the day I visited, which was a Saturday, there were many customers. Overpriced, the bold Dr not professional everyone else ok. I sent my puppy for grooming and they wanted to put him to sleep because they could not cut the head hair. I took it at a different grooming next day and no problem

This is not my regular vet, and we visited when mine was out of town. I can’t speak poorly of the care, but expect to be price gouged for meds. I received 15 ml of antibiotic for $100, then my vet chose to continue and I pair $50 for the same amount.

I want to start by acknowledging that the staff here is always friendly and welcoming. However, during my most recent visit, I brought my Goldendoodle in to have his ear checked. When discussing treatment options, I was told I could either take home a treatment to administer daily for about a week, or choose an in-clinic treatment that could be completed the same day for the same price.
