Where to begin with this review? I guess I should start with saying we were warned beforehand by a neighbor in the community we were looking at that our sales rep, Karen Olivier, was a nightmare to work with. We should’ve heeded the warning then, but we had to find out the hard way. Let’s just say our opinion is that this woman could be compared to a wolf in sheep’s clothing. My wife and I went to the show room at La cantera. No one was there 1 hour after their opening time. We called to find out when we could meet and were told that they were at an “offsite meeting”. The rep said “there’s a sign on the door that says where we are”. Standing in front of the door I assured the rep that there was no sign. I was told I could make an appointment. So I went to make an appointment for 4 pm then same day but that wasn’t available because they would still be at the offsite meeting. No big deal I guess. T... read more
