From the beginning my experience has been great. I was welcomed and shown love every step of the way. Moving to Texas from California is a beautiful thing but there’s so much to learn. Gene and Trystan are great! Both have been lovely to work with, and the process was well-explained. We just moved into our home, and Trystan came by to help us get our dryer working (a mom emergency lol) even though we know he’s busy building other people’s homes now! Happy with our home, and hoping it stays that way!
Couldn’t recommend buying a home through Highland with Gene. He truly went above and beyond for us and made the home buying process smooth and exciting. Dustin, project manager insured everything was in excellent shape prior to move in. Gene and Dustin communicated with us every step of the way and we are so happy with the outcome!
Final Update: After nearly 9 months in our new home, I’m lowering my original rating from 4 stars to 2. The number of repairs needed has been excessive, and the home seems more like a fixer-upper than a new build.
