Just wanted to share my experience with the warranty representative and the overall Highland experience. From the initial walk through at closing and even after signing on the dotted line. Highland has always been very responsive to all our needs, Pete Boutin the warranty rep is always onsite at any warranty call. Never have we been put on the back burner for any issue big or small. I just wanted to share our experience and if we decide to purchase another home, Highland will be high on the list.

Unas de las oficinas más completas que e visto buen espacio, atención por parte del personal que trabaja ahí puedes venir a buscar cualquier presupuesto de varios trabajos.

"I will never purchase another Highland home ever." I have a list of warranty items and very few of the warranty items are being addressed. There are always promises to fix them but after 4 months of living in the home, nothing. It's really sad that I have to beg to get warranty items repaired.

Since my initial review and bad experience that I had at closing, I would like to add that Highland homes corrected their actions and made things right. One of the VPs, Patty Spangler, called me personally along with another Highland home executive and listened to me and took it upon themselves to make things right. I want to share my experience with a Highland Homes employee. My wife and I were scheduled for an 11am appointment at the Fronterra location with Teri. We arrived early and were greeted by Kathy Thomas at the model home. Kathy was not very welcoming from the very beginning. After we informed Kathy of our appointment, she reluctantly invited us in the model home. While we waited, we walked around the model home.
