I wouldn't recommend Highland to anyone. The experience my family and I had and are currently having is a nightmare. Their customer service is like Verizon's. We think our product is great so you get what you get. If you don't like it tough, we stand behind our jacked up product. If you are interested, I would say pick another builder. You will thank me.
Awesome quality and tremendous sales team. Knowledgeable and honest. Happy with the product and experience!
UPDATE 3/28/24 Wanted to go back in to see as we are looking again for our home. Got there at 530p. Tiana the sales rep was with another customer. We walked the house and waited. When she got done we asked a question about the size of the home. She answered and then stated “but we are closed and you’re more than welcome to come back when we are open”. This solidified that highland is just not the builder for us. Poor customer service. There homes are beautiful but as a Veteran they still wanted us to put down 5K in Earnest M... read more
