I purchased in the neighborhood 12 months ago. Promised amenities have not been started and developer and HOA will not even provide a timeline of when a single amenity will be built. Lifetime HOA is dismissive. Ongoing construction in the neighborhood plus short driveways which cause homeowners to park over the sidewalk means that after purchasing your 1/2 million dollar home you get to walk around on the street dodging cars and construction.
