Frustrated to be honest. In the first 3 years ive had over 14 service requests. After 3 years microwave and dishwasher stopped working. Stove knobs and stove top indicators have worn off. Cheap appliances. Nails protruding for the ceilings on the entire west side of the house. Replaced 8 led ceiling lights that i was told would be good for decades. Pretty clean and shouts Texas
Highland homes is not a company that values others in the community unless you are their direct customer. Highland homes left my property an utter mess when the were sodding the home across the street from me, 1608 19th St. They left and worked pallets of sod from my side of the street and got mud and tractor tracks all over my driveway. When I reached out to them to fix the issue the closed the case. I also followed up with Tanner Watson who ghosted me.
