Highland only gave us one A/C unit for a 3,300sqft home. We have had nothing but cooling issues, especially during the summer. Our house will not cool off at all. Despite multiple warranty tickets and discussions with our warranty manager, they refuse to do anything. They just say that their engineers say it’s fine, even though it clearly isn’t. I will never buy a Highland Home again, and I am beyond regretful of using them as our home builder.
