Absolutely the rudest, most incompetent, and most unprofessional lender I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. If you are considering purchasing a Highland home, do not use their lending regardless of what incentives they give you to go with Highland Homeloans. Press your sales counselor to match the incentives with an outside lender and they will since it is a known problem within their company.
