Staff turnover is and has been a definite prolbem . No one in management seens to stay, while othher staff turnover is very high. I don't feel welcome at the clubhouse.Text messages from our new comminity manager hasve improved. Originally, texts sounded like we were employees, not reisdents, being told what todo, when to do it or else. Grounds look good. Very disappointed in the huge overgrowwth of trees. The office can’t seem to keep employees around. everyone seems to quit after a few months. And I probably would too. I’ve been here a while now and the new manager, Krystal, has a horrible attitude. Very confrontational and disrespectful. And the sad thing is, the majority of my neighbors agree. Where did Jamie go? We were all sad when she left. Or should I say escaped. I do have to say, the maintenance manager has been around a very long time and is always great. Very nice & knowledgeable. Decent rent prices though.
Elexis was amazing at helping me get all settled and answered all questions with ease! Highly recommend this place!
