I thought an ER was supposed to open 24/7? Got here at 8:30 this morning it was locked. This is the 2nd time I've brought my husband and they were locked. They are good and everything when open but who knows when they are or not.

The staff is so wonderful and helpful here!!!!!! Last week we were here due to impetigo infection…. which I’d never heard of before and they got us back and seen in an hour to get us by for the weekend until our primary care pediatrician office opened back up! Last night my husband brought my 3 year old son in with a busted lip and they stitched it right up and put him under anesthesia to do so! Thank you guys for being so awesome! My PCP Dr. Barnes is at Highland Hills, and he is an incredible doctor. Very open, engaging, and collaborative with your care. He listens closely to you and is receptive to what you have to say. Super friendly personality and is so very knowledgeable but also doesn't treat you like you know nothing. My whole family sees him!
