Wow where to begin. This place looks nice and seems wonderful but don't let the nice staff lead you astray. My wife and I moved into the Apartment and everything was decent. There was damage to the apartment that we noted and the smoke detector and the laundry room fan were detached. Then when the night came the people above us were so loud it was almost impossible to think. We told the office and they told us to call it in. We did and nothing really happened. Nice looking apartments but horrible management. The rent is very expensive and they increase it every year. Water isn't even included in the rent. I was paying $925 a month for 1 bdr apartment (I might as well move to NYC!). And guess what, once your lease is up you will either have to renew for another year or pay extra $200 a month in fees.
