What great service! A couple of these guys came to do a repair on our furnace and water heater today. Turns out we had a haywire squirrel living in the exhaust vent. These guys trapped it and released it outside. That thing had been terrorizing my wife for days, I thought she was lying about it. Should change your name to Highland HVAC and Pest Control haha!

Furnace broke down 7 days ago. Still no response to my phone message. So I called back to see about a new furnace to buy ...got a call back in less than 10 minutes. What a terrible company. Stay away.
Showed up on time. Very professional. Team was polite and answered all my questions. Cleaned up everything afterwards, even swept the floors. They tested everything thoroughly before leaving, both heat and air.
Decided to replace an old furnace, got a referral from a friend of mine for Highland, got a quote quickly, and a date shortly after. When they arrived they were polite, cleaned up their mess afterward and were in and out in a few hours; would definitely recommend.
