After 15 months of trying to get my unit running correctly, I’m put off for another week. If you have warranty issues, you’re not a priority. I’ve had over 10 technicians out over the last year. I’ve run on emergency heat for 3 weeks before they come out to fix it. I’ve had technicians make the problem worse, then wait weeks for someone else to come back.
