Highland Park my visit was very warming and I felt welcomed from Kelly, and Hillary in the office. Administrator was awesome!! Staff was very helpful Blake it was a pleasure to meet you see you next visit!!! Jeannie staff with Medelite..
** Update, we did receive a call from the Administrator the next day addressing all of the concerns below. They are looking into and correcting, which was very welcomed and appreciated. Do not let the positive reviews fool you as they did us. The staff are wonderful, especially the head nurses, physical therapist and concierge. However my Father has been in the facility for 16 days. Our experience for the care of our 95 year old mother at Highland Park has been excellent. From the sign in, physical therapy, medical & physical care good service, activities and overall staff, it is made as much of a home away from home with medical & physical recovery as good as possible for the residents & their families.
My husband was recently admitted to Highland Park Rehabilitation……i cant say enough good about the facility..the staff is incredible..not only kind to my husband ..but to me as well. I highly recommend it !!
The whole staff is nothing but nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions, have been nothing but genuinely kind and caring toward my father in law, my spouse, and myself. The staff here seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. You don’t see that very often in these facilities. The place was for the most part clean a few cob webs here and there, but that’s nothing compared to the patient care they give. I was very impressed and so was our family.
