The nursing staff and support staff are very cordial and helpful. Everyone I have met greets me with a smile.
My Aunt has been here for many years. The staff here is great and she could not be happier. They do lots of activities daily and field trips which she enjoys.
Highland Park Nursing Facility is clean and cheery. I am always pleased when we go to visit my father-in-law, almost daily. We are always welcomed from when we walk in and throughout our visit. Even though the staff are busy, they always show kindness to my father-in-law and us. I have seen not only the nurses and aides stop and speak to the patients, but even the office staff and kitchen staff, as well.
