I've worked with Higland Group for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and their designs are some of the better plans I have seen.
Tim is a very good architect and extremely kind. I think the price of the plan is VERY expensive for the lack of details and support provided. I would not use them again. My plans are about 1/3 the amount of pages and details as is customary. Contractors are all having a difficult time providing bids due to the lack of details. I had to hire a different architect to provide this information as I am unable to wait several months.
I’m a luxury Homebuilder. These guys are great! Very creative and professional. We actually wanted to work with these guys for a long time and finally got the chance. It was great. The owners work directly with you and they are super experienced. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
