I have purchased a few golf carts from Highland Golf Carts over the years and have always relied on them to maintain and repair them. Recently I knocked the alignment out of my cart that I rely on several times a week. I did not have the ability to get the cart to them, so they sent someone to pick it up. They made the repairs and had it back to me without me skipping a beat. In my book that is great service.
We needed a part installed for a recall and your office was closed because the employee had walked out. So I can’t rate since you couldn’t take care of us.
Very grateful that I found this business years ago. I first met Brandon and he was amazing. I just recently purchased the golf cart with James and he is just as awesome!!
