I have been reflecting upon being charged $275 for a Brivis distributor to send a Brivis technician to service a Brivis central heating system, and be quoted $6,500 to fix a $290 problem. I specifically asked whether the technician would be coming prepared to fix the unit with the necessary parts in the van. When the technician inspected the unit he advised that the control module was faulty, but that Brivis did not supply replacement units anymore, and that the solution was to replace the entire unit at a cost of over $6,50... read more
Serviceman came and left after 10m with no call to advise problem or whether they should continue to fix the oven but I still had to pay the fee. I would not use them again
