We had our commercial gas fryer repaired by this company in October last year, but unfortunately we experienced another issue again in January this year. When we contacted them for assistance, they were very helpful and even waived the call-out fee, providing excellent and professional service. We were very satisfied with how the situation was handled, and we would definitely contact them again in the future. Highly recommended.

I have been reflecting upon being charged $275 for a Brivis distributor to send a Brivis technician to service a Brivis central heating system, and be quoted $6,500 to fix a $290 problem. I specifically asked whether the technician would be coming prepared to fix the unit with the necessary parts in the van. When the technician inspected the unit he advised that the control module was faulty, but that Brivis did not supply replacement units anymore, and that the solution was to replace the entire unit at a cost of over $6,50... read more
