We have been getting our ducted heating system serviced from Highlands Gas for the last four years. They have been reliable, courteous and easy to reach. Would highly recommend Highlands Gas & Hot Water services. Their professionalism & honesty is outstanding. Pricing is consistent & fair with the work they quoted & their customer service is fantastic. They didn’t waste any time & they got the job done. I have been reflecting upon being charged $275 for a Brivis distributor to send a Brivis technician to service a Brivis central heating system, and be quoted $6,500 to fix a $290 problem. I specifically asked whether the technician would be coming prepared to fix the unit with the necessary parts in the van. When the technician inspected the unit he advised that the control module was faulty, but that Brivis did not supply replacement units anymore, and that the solution was to replace the entire unit at a cost of over $6,50... read more
