I'm a single woman. I live on Vancouver Island and drove by myself in a motorhome to Sudbury Ontario. I picked up a friend and then we traveled to the Maritimes for an adventure of a lifetime. Unfortunately we broke down in Nova Scotia and had to be towed to Highland Ford. When we arrived it was close to closing time. The crew were VERY GOOD. Polite, friendly and quick responses from the whole team from when we booked to view a vehicle and throughout the purchase process. James was honest and helpful with pricing out the used vs new and the different package add-ons. When they didn't have the exact vehicle we were looking for on-site they found it elsewhere and brought it in for us so we didn't have to do the 4+ hour commute.
