Not the biggest gym out there, but it is a great one. Coaches are great and especially with kids. My kid loves the kick boxing class. There is also jiu-jitsu for kids and adults and MMA
Great teaching!! I have learned a lot and grown my jiu jitsu from professor Jason. He has a wide variety of knowledge in the fight world and BJJ.
A great place to learn for begginers to advanced. Jason and Cody are both knowledgeable and very helpful. Never thought I would enjoy kickboxing but I turned out to love it. Would recommend
I have been training at HFS for 3 months now, usually 3-4 times a week. I was a complete novice, not only with Brazilian jiu jitsu, but all forms of martial arts. I’m in my late 30s and was a little nervous about going so far out of my comfort zone. Jason and the other coaches are great with teaching all levels because they meet you where you’re at and are happy to explain in detail how to do the moves and anticipate counter moves.
