Disclaimer this should be a 5 star review if it was just for the management staff and maintenance they were amazing great people to deal with. However the walls are very thin in the building; examples you can hear the people next to, under, or above you speaking which isn’t a huge deal unless you have a Karen neighbor who’s home 24/7 constantly screaming at her dogs and people who she thinks are being “to loud” when they enter, exit or walk up the stairs to loud for her liking no matter the time of day, like in the afternoon... read more
We chose this apartment after we sold our home in Madison and we just love it. We have the 2 bedroom, 2 bath and the floor plan is perfect. Bedrooms across the kitchen and living area from each other, spectacular view, spacious, and we never hear our neighbors. Absolutely awesome for pets. In fact, we are so impressed with the responsible pet owners, space for pets outside and trail right out our door that we are ready to rescue a new puppy. Very pleased with this great looking apartment.
