i've been here for 8 years. and on my second Doctor (1st retired) I feel very well looked after, and all the staff are pros
I love Dr Shoesmith, but the receptionist is so rude (I’m not sure which one). She makes me not want to support this practice 🙁
The physicians are excellent, but Jackie the receptionist is rude and condescending without fail. I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years.
My husband son and I have been attending this clinic for 16 years moved from Campbell River We have been impressed by the very personal touch we have received from Dr Theresa Wilson and staff We have navigated some very difficult health issues during this time we are both now in our 80’s and the care and help we have received is excellent We are so thankful for Highland Clinic and their Professionalism
