I have had a great experience so far with all staff and the property is well kept and really quiet. I have had a few small items that were addressed immediately. Tressa has been really helpful with any of my concerns and maintenance was really quick to address any issues. I have lived at Highland Estates for a couple of months but have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience.
I moved here a little while ago and have had nothing but a good experience! The area is well kept, quiet and clean! Katelyn was such a huge help with the moving process and super responsive to any questions or concerns I had.
Kaitlin was very helpful throughout the process and got back to me in a timely matter throughout the whole thing. Easy from the beginning and after the first month living here, no complaints!
Maintenance is great and the front office (off site) is always easy to deal with and we'll informed. We had an issue with our built-in AC unit, Ralph and his partner were here quickly and easily fixed the problem. They were good guys and very nice to work with. I give the maintenance team a thumbs up - you really went above and beyond for us!
I have been settled in here for a few months and have nothing but good things to say about Highland Estates. The staff are wonderful and are eager to help with any questions or concerns. When I first moved in I had a weird smell in the apartment. I thought nothing of it, and figured it was new paint or something that would go away.
