This company recently created numerous road hazards in the Mimbres area of New Mexico when chip sealing our local roadways. Instead of completely resurfacing our roads, a cheaper older method was used. Inadequate traffic control resulted in my vehicle having a cracked windshield, paint damage and a cracked right external turn signal. My claim to their insurance has been denied. Highland paved our condo neighborhood roads in 2023 with chip seal. The hot summer caused problems but the company cleared those problems and left us with great roads. Excellent, honest service. The only reason I gave only 4 stars was the time frame that was longer than expected.
