We got a bid from Highland Electric to hook up a generator to our circuit box. The electrician Ken, came out and did a great job even though we have an older circuit box. There was no additional cost to us even though he had to go to town (15 miles away) and buy a part that wasn't anticipated. We will call Highland for any future electrical needs, no question about it.

I used Kenny and his helper Shane twice on two homes. First time around, they misdiagnosed the issue - was the main panel on NV energy side, a free fix on behalf of NV energy, but Shane took his time to check every single outlet in the house costing me 2k. Only for it to be NV energy’s problem. Being electricians are usually booked out and cannot arrive quickly, I had to use them again on another property when my tenant lost power to the house. I recently used Highland Electric for some contracting work for my small business. Very satisfied with the experience. Their quote was reasonable. Clifton worked with me to solve a couple of challenges along the way. Work was performed when they said that it would be. When it wasn't completed on a Friday, their technician Ryan came in over the weekend to finish the work and to ensure we would be up and running on Monday morning. Overall great experience!

I have been using highland electric and lighting for years, not only at my residence but with my commercial property as well from simple electrical upgrades to transformers with big power pulls, multi phase power additions these guys do it all prices are competitive and unlike other companies Iv used in the past these guys are very professional and THEY CLEAN UP THERE MESS!! I highly recommend this company for ANY electrical needs!

Today marks the third time Highland Electric has sent out the same incompetent employee to try and fix the terrible electrical work they completed on my house. The manager Clifton doesn’t have the decency to call and verify their latest sham fix is done or up to code. They ended up having to undue work I paid for because it was done so poorly, I’m shocked my house hasn’t had an electrical fire after what they’ve done. Would never recommend!
