A REAL auto parts store If you need a real auto parts store with experienced and knowledgeable people, this is the place. It's not one of those McDonald's type stores with the 2 week training wonders behind the counter. I've been going there for years, and will continue for years to come.

Great store great service Nice to see a good old fashion automotive parts skills mixed with great customer service. This is not a big box accessory and oil store but a real parts store. While replacing main and transaxle seals in a Toyota. Purchased a factory seal that was too loose the dealership couldn't figure it out, told me to buy a rebuilt trans. These guys picked put a seal a couple thousandths bigger, worked great. On another job their price on a rebuild rack/pinion was better and less expensive than the other stores... read more

These people are GREAT! They ALWAYS have a wealth of knowledge. They ALWAYS try to save you a buck.If you do happen to get a wrong part (RARE!), they have ALWAYS exchanged it, no questions asked.To HIGH AND DRY, closing time is closing time. Maybe they had family from out of town as well.

FABULOUS! Knew the car was making a funny noise. Why and WHAT was the question! Discussed it with not only one but two of the employees here and decided it was a simple fix! Didn't even spend a dime that first visit but they made believers out of us and we have been coming back ever since. It's been about 3 years now. Good advice and not out to grab every penny, you just don't find THAT everywhere!

Always Helpful! Im a local High School Student who has a classic car that is always needing parts! I come in with some oddball part for my '76 BMW 2002 and they can find the part I need! They are extremely nice even to a young kid, take me behind the counter to look at parts on the shelf and even send you to the machine shop with your own parts. My favorite part is when you ask about a part and one question they ask you is do you want the "Cheap" part or the "expensive" part, I always get a laugh out of that and enjoy that t... read more

good service and great help Ive been to other autoparts stores and they cant even compare to this store! These guys actually know what they are talking about and will take the time to help you out and problem solve with you. They have good prices and good people. I would rather support local stores over impersonnal chain stores any day! Stop in and see what Im talking about!

Thanks for the Help I would like to thank the Team at this store for their wonderful customer service on June 25th.It was right at closing time when we pulled in needing just one tool for a job. The open light was on then they turned it off as we walked to the door. They wouldn't open the door to help. I had family in from out of town to help but this store was unwilling to help. Most places would be happy to help a customer in need and have happy customers but I guess this store doesn't. Thanks for leaving me HIGH AND DRY.
